Building Area
Although we build homes all over the Puget Sound region the highlighted map (shown right)
is our preferred building area.
Consultation Appointment
Call or meet with us, we will sit down with you and go over Mehl Homes entire building
process along with costs and options. We will also visit your lot or potential lot to
ensure the home you choose will compliment the lot and your family needs.
Design and Plans
If an in-house plan fails to meet your needs, bring your sketches, pictures and
ideas. Our team of professionals will help you with the design to ensure it stays
within budget. We provide permit and construction ready plans.
Construction
Mehl Homes will handle the construction process from start to finish. You will be
communicating with the same person throughout the construction of your home. We will
also provide regular updates on your homes progress. Communication and
customer satisfaction is important to us, which is a large reason why we have earned such
a high rate of referrals from our customers.
Consulting
In addition to new home construction, we also provide construction consulting for custom
home construction, as a 3rd party (where we are not the builder) on an hourly
basis. This service is especially beneficial in determining the feasibility of a
certain project.
